*250 Double Unders or 180 Planking Shoulder Taps

*You will have 8 minutes to complete either movement. The movements do not have to be unbroken. Rest as needed. Post your time.

*RX+: 5 Minutes to complete 250 Dubs

*Each completed challenge will equal 1 entry with a drawing on Saturday, 4.18.20.

12 Step Ups

24 Shoulder Taps

36 Line Jumps

*Step ups can be to an ice chest, step inside your house, etc.

*Your score is the total amount of reps you accumulate in the 14 minutes.
