15:10 Fitness Challenge Day 3 / At-Home Workout 4.15.20

DAY 3 CHALLENGE

Complete 150 Air Squats in either of the following sets.

*3 sets of 50

*2 sets of 75

*1 set of 150

*Once you start, you will have 7 minutes (25 reps per minute) to complete the reps in their entirety. You cannot change rep scheme once you begin.

*Once you start, your feet cannot come off the ground for any reason. Your feet have to stay firmly planted on the ground until you are finished with your set(s). Post your total time.

*Each completed challenge will equal 1 entry with a drawing on Saturday, 4.18.20.

Challenge is considered completed once @crossfit1510 is tagged on Instagram or Facebook *******

*You are on the honor system so keep it real with each challenge.

At-Home workout 4.15.20

Complete the following:

50 Jumping Jacks, 50 Sit Ups, 50 Step Back Lunges

35 Jumping Jacks, 35 Sit Ups, 35 Step Back Lunges

20 Jumping Jacks, 20 Sit Ups, 20 Step Back Lunges

*If you cannot touch your knee to the ground on the lunges, please modify to the point where you are pain free.
