15:10 Fitness Challenge Day 2 / At-Home Workout 4.14.20

Day 2 Challenge:

Accumulate a 4 minute plank with no more than 8 rest breaks in under 12 minutes. Post your total time.

*RX: Accumulate a 4 minute plank with no more than 6 rest breaks in under 10 minutes.

*RX+: Accumulate a 4 minute plank with no more than 5 rest breaks in under 10 minutes.

*Planks can be on extended arms with palms down or on elbows, but you must choose which method before you start.

*Each completed challenge will equal 1 entry with a drawing on Saturday, 4.18.20.

*You are on the honor system so keep it real with each challenge.

At-Home Workout 4.14.20

Complete 2 Rounds of the following, resting 3 minutes between rounds:

100 Mountain Climbers

30 Sit Ups

60 Jumping Lunges

30 Sit Ups

100 Mountain Climbers

*Once you finish one round, rest 3 minutes before starting the next round.
