15:10 Fitness Challenge Day 1 / At-Home Workout 4.13.20

Day 1 Challenge:

Accumulate 100 Total Push Ups in 10 Minutes.

**RX: 100 Push Ups in 5 Minutes

**RX+: 100 Push Ups in 3 Minutes

*Reps can be traditional push ups, or modified from the knees if necessary. You must choose your method to complete the reps before you start.

*For each rep to count, your chest MUST touch the ground

*Each completed challenge will equal 1 entry with a drawing on Saturday, 4.18.20.

*Challenge is considered completed once @crossfit1510 is tagged on Instagram or Facebook with the time if took you to complete the challenge.

*You are on the honor system so keep it real with each challenge.

At-Home Workout 4.13.20

As Many Rounds As Possible in 20 minutes of the following:

10 Push Ups

20 Alternating Leg Step Ups

30 Air Squats

*If you are wanting to take place in the Fitness Challenge, and are doing the At-Home WOD, your goal should be to accumulate 10 total rounds. Do not worry about the 10 minute cap for the Challenge.

*Step Ups can be completed using a chair, bench, ice chest, etc. Get creative if you need to.
