40 Jumping Jacks

2 Air Squats

40 Jumping Jacks

4 Air Squats

40 Jumping Jacks

6 Air Squats…

*Start with 40 Jumping Jacks, then 2 air squats. Then back to 40 jumping jacks, and 4 air squats. Continue in this manner, and add 2 air squats every new round until the 12 minutes has passed.
