Memorial Day & Murph

Hey everyone, just wanted to make sure everyone knows that this Monday is Memorial Day, and as such most everyone in the CrossFit community will be doing Murph. Murph is a longer workout than usual with a high volume of running involved. There are, however, various scaled options that will be offered for anyone who wants to tackle it.

With that being said, I wanted to give everyone a few pointers that have helped me in the years that I have done it.

1. Scale the workout as needed, and break up the reps any way you would like. There is no point in over-doing it, and any version of this workout is an accomplishment. The goal is to finish, and you should be proud.

2. Drink water before, during, and after.

3. Have fun, make memories, meet new friends, and smile for the camera.

We plan on having one class at 9 am for #eerbody to do the workout together. Feel free to come early, get stretched out, and be ready crush it.
